Who handles the information
DiamovaLab is responsible for handling enquiries submitted through this website. Until a verified domain privacy email is activated, privacy requests can be sent through the secure form on the Contact page with “Privacy request” in the message.
Information we collect
Depending on the form, we may collect your company, name, business email, telephone or WhatsApp contact, application or sourcing requirement, product and commercial fields, destination, requested timing, and a link you choose to share. We also record the page and campaign source, a submission reference, time, and a short one-way hash of the network address for abuse prevention.
Why we use it
We use the information to review your technical or sourcing request, respond, prepare a quotation, maintain an enquiry history, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and improve the enquiry route. We do not sell form information or use it for unrelated consumer profiling.
Storage and service providers
Successful enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database associated with this website. Cloudflare provides the website delivery, serverless form function and database infrastructure. If an email notification service is activated later, the notification provider will receive the form fields required to deliver that message.
Retention
Enquiry records are normally kept for up to 24 months so that quotations, repeat requests and follow-up can be understood. A record may be kept longer when needed for an active business relationship, dispute, legal requirement or agreed project record, and may be deleted earlier when no longer needed.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction or deletion of the personal information linked to your enquiry. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request relates to you. Some records may need to be retained where a legal or contractual reason applies.
Security and file links
The website uses HTTPS, server-side validation, rate limiting and restricted database access. Do not share passwords or unrestricted confidential folders. If you provide a drawing or file link, use a view-only link and remove access when the review is complete.
Analytics and updates
Analytics and advertising tags are enabled only through the site’s Google Tag Manager configuration. This notice will be updated if the receiving email, notification provider, attachment storage, analytics setup or data-handling purpose changes materially.
