Match the machining task
The part comes first.
Tell us the material grade, feature and finish you need. We will review the cutting material and geometry together.
01 / Non-ferrous metals
Aluminium, copper & more
Bring the alloy grade, surface target and feature drawing for turning, face or side finishing, chamfers and profiles.
02 / Acrylic & plastics
Clear surfaces & fine contours
Specify PMMA, PC, PVC, PE or the actual polymer grade, with the geometry and edge or surface requirements.
03 / Custom geometry
Grooves, radii & special forms
Send the section profile, access limits, holder interface and inspection requirements for a drawing-led review.
For toolmakers
Need the diamond material?
CVD diamond plates and cut forms are also available for discussion. Share dimensions, orientation and surface requirements for your intended toolmaking process.
Custom geometry, ordering and the information that helps us quote.
01Can I order a catalogue model or request a custom tool?
Both routes are available for enquiry. Quote a listed reference or describe a new geometry. DiamovaLab will confirm the tool material, working dimensions, tolerances and application against the agreed drawing before order confirmation.
02What are the minimum order quantity and lead time?
Order quantity and lead time are agreed for each customised tool. Your sales contact will confirm feasibility, quantity and delivery timing after reviewing the drawing, material, machining requirements and order size.
03Which workpiece materials should I include in my enquiry?
State the exact material and grade. Typical enquiry routes cover aluminium, copper, other non-ferrous metals, acrylic and selected plastics. Tool material and geometry are reviewed for the specific workpiece and operation; one tool is not assumed to suit every material.
04Are the catalogue drawings the final manufacturing specification?
They identify a tool form or catalogue reference for discussion. Final dimensions, angle definitions, tolerances and holder compatibility are confirmed in the quotation drawing. If a reference has more than one drawing, specify the geometry you need.
05Can I source CVD diamond material as well as finished tools?
Yes. Tell us whether you need a finished cutting tool or CVD diamond material for toolmaking. Material enquiries are reviewed separately for dimensions, orientation, surface condition and intended processing.
